We try to cover topics according to “Vjesnik’s school of journalism”, which is a term used in Croatian journalism and media culture, referring to a specific approach and tradition of journalism that developed within Vjesnik, one of the most influential newspapers in Croatia during the second half of the 20th century. Although it wasn’t a formal school, many young journalists gained practical experience and knowledge from older colleagues at Vjesnik, contributing to the perception of Vjesnik as a kind of “school” of journalism.
